Your play stays yours.
Axysyn Interactive uses optional, privacy-limited analytics to understand whether the website and browser games work well and which public content people choose to explore. Analytics is disabled until you allow it, and advertising and personalization signals remain disabled.
Use Analytics preferences in the website footer, or open the preferences here. Legacy game pages may also show a Privacy button.
What is measured
- Page visits and general device, browser, country, and traffic-source information supplied by Google Analytics.
- Game selections, launches, successful loads, starts, broad progression, scores, achievements, installs, session duration, and exits.
- Clicks to public music, social, creator, and download destinations.
- Sampled loading performance, Core Web Vitals, and sanitized technical error categories.
- A creator referral label when a public referral link is used, retained for up to 30 days after consent.
What is not sent
Analytics does not intentionally collect form contents, email addresses, account credentials, display names, game-save contents, chat or message text, precise location, advertising profiles, or the contents of local files. Non-campaign page query strings and error URLs are removed or sanitized before reporting; standard UTM campaign labels may be retained for attribution.
Service and purpose
When allowed, events are sent to Google Analytics 4 to measure audience trends, creator attribution, game engagement, content interest, reliability, and performance. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals are configured as denied or disabled.
Storage and control
Your analytics choice and optional creator referral are stored in your browser. Declining removes the stored creator referral and stops Axysyn from loading Google Analytics. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is treated as a denial. Clearing site data resets the stored choice.
Retention and changes
Axysyn’s intended GA4 event-data retention is 14 months, while aggregated reports may remain available for longer. This notice will be updated when the analytics program or its purposes materially change.

Your local Library and game saves
Saved games and recent launches in the Library stay in browser storage on this device. Games keep their own saves in browser storage; these are separate from the website Library. No account is required. Clearing site data may remove these local records. Installing a game does not guarantee offline play or synchronized saves.
Music previews and streaming services
Song previews load from Apple’s public preview service only when you choose to play one. Opening Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Apple Music, or an artist website takes you to that service, which has its own privacy and account policies. Search fallback links contain the public artist and song names.
